If your trouble ticket or email needs further assistance from an administrator, we will forward it and leave a comment to notify you that your case is being worked on. If you order the Optional Managed Services package, all of the server administration services included there will be performed at a time of your preference.

If you also require help with server admin procedures, you can take a glance at our Optional Managed Services package, which includes backup disk space, weekly OS updates, server monitoring and restarting services, as well as troubleshooting and installation services

Every Linux dedicated servers hosting package includes our free Site Control Panel, which sports an extensive knowledgebase plus a collection of how–to video tutorials. Whenever you need help while working with the Site Control Panel, just push the Videos or Help buttons located in the top right corner.
